To send your unit to us, please follow these steps:
Remove the unit that needs to be sent for programming or repair.
Carefully package the unit in your own packaging, preferably a corrugated cardboard box.
Choose a shipping carrier of your choice. Since you are located outside of Sweden, we recommend using your preferred courier service that offers reliable international shipping with tracking.
