To send your unit to us, please follow these steps:

  1. Remove the unit that needs to be sent for programming or repair.

  2. Carefully package the unit in your own packaging, preferably a corrugated cardboard box.

  3. Choose a shipping carrier of your choice. Since you are located outside of Sweden, we recommend using your preferred courier service that offers reliable international shipping with tracking.

  4. Enter the following address as the recipient:
