  1. About SPARTS AB

  1. Order
  • When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
  • If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].

  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days for in-stock items. Repairs and other services vary in time, usually 1-3 weeks depending on the type of service. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
  • If delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at: [email protected].
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK. You can toggle between prices displayed including and excluding 25% VAT on our website.
  • For businesses with a valid VAT ID, 0% VAT will be charged under the reverse charge mechanism in accordance with Article 44 and 196 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC). For customers outside the EU, no VAT will be charged. For private individuals within the EU, 25% Swedish VAT will be applied.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect pricing information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: 
  • You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to us at [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to should be clearly stated.
  • You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product’s original value in the case of used or damaged products.

  • Software or firmware updates that have been downloaded or installed.

  1. Complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

    6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any errors and defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

  1. Limitation of Liability 
  • We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances outside the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
    Our payment providers are Klarna and Stripe.

    To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared includes your first and last name and delivery address. Your email address and/or phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.
    Our shipping partners are PostNord and UPS.

    If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
